Bradley Smith

Bradley is the operations manager and is responsible for the daily administrative functions such as dealing with insurance, authorizations, billing, and ensuring overall quality and happiness for both staff and clients. He obtained his early childhood education license from Kent State in 2019 and has since then taken a keen interest in learning more about business operations and customer service. Bradley stumbled upon Epicenter ABA and realized it was the perfect place for him to take his career to the next level and achieve the optimal balance between his passion and dreams. Bradley is thrilled to continue working with Epicenter ABA and be a part of a company that values individualized goals for both staff and clients.
