Don ran a martial arts school for 30 years to help disadvantaged youth. He also ran youth programs for his church. Don was a Scoutmaster for four different scout troops and spent 5 1/2 years working with special needs children in the community. He is currently a Registered Behavior Technician with Epicenter ABA and educates families on implementing ABA techniques for their children. He also raises corgis. They are cute!
This job is hard work, but you get to change a child’s life and future. You teach children life long skills to be independent in their family unit and community. You can teach a nonverbal child to communicate with the world! Every day matters to the kiddos you service!
